Philip Greger
I've really enjoyed being a part of this society this year. It's a great place to meet other autistic folks & make friends, and I'd probably say that joining the society has been the highlight of my year. I'd like to help guide the society and make it into something even greater than it is now.

As President of the society, I would continue to hold the biweekly meetings. I would likely set up the meetings so that our weekday meetings would take place in person, while having our weekend meetings online. I'd also work to hold extra meetings during holidays, as well as meetings for events such as film screenings and talks by UCL lecturers and other experts on autism. I'll continue to run the society Minecraft server, as well as keep our society Facebook & Discord groups running. I also think it would be a good idea to create a sort of buddy system for people in the society who'd like to attend other societies' events and other activities together, but maybe feel a bit overwhelmed by the prospect of jumping into things alone. I'll work to spread awareness about autism as a representative of our community at UCL, and will work to help autistic students access needed UCL & NHS services. I'll also begin a campaign to advertise our society and what we do on a greater level, so that we can begin to build up the membership levels necessary to continue to stay affiliated.

With your support, I hope that I can work to make this society a great place for all autistic folks at UCL!
