Alexander Olkhovskiy
I believe that I will be suited well for this role because I have a sensitive and open-minded approach to different Eurasian audiences targeted by the society. In my past work experience, where I was working in the customer service department of the company, I have shown strong interpersonal and analytical skills as I was constantly dealing with enquiries. I have also spent most of my life in the UK and therefore have excellent written and spoken English which is so crucial for this position. I fully understand the importance of social media and I am comfortable with editing and posting relevant information there. My priorities if I will hold this position will be to invite as many Eurasian students as possible, who are especially interested in business and show them how much UCL societies can give them outside of seminars and lectures on offer at UCL. I would also enjoy monitoring media coverage of the EBS Society.

I would love to be the media officer as I believe that a lot more can be done to promote the presence of EBS on different social media platforms (esp. Instagram).
I have some experience and would love to contribute the the development of media life of the society, boosting the engagement and overall presence of the accounts.
Yuliya Dubinska
I think I am a good fit for this position due to the skillset I possess in the areas of graphic design, social media marketing and PR. Due to the variety of my skills, I will be able to successfully manage society‘s social media accounts, including Instagram, YouTube and Facebook. As a media officer, my goals would be to produce high quality posts to advertise the society and make it stand out amongst other university’s societies.
