New to pole fitness and not sure if it’s for you yet? Come along to our free taster sessions to try it out, no membership required! These are 1 hour classes catered to complete beginners, there is no experience required and we are so excited to get you started with your new favourite sport! Our committee members will teach a super basic beginner combo, perfect for anyone who has never touched a pole before or is worried that they aren’t strong enough to do pole (not true).¬†

Please wear a t shirt/sports bra and shorts to the class, the more skin you have showing the easier it is to grip to the pole. For this class, shorts are most important!¬†

All our other classes and practice sessions require membership, so we really recommend¬†coming to a taster session before you buy!
