Vinyasa Flow Yoga coordinates movement with breath to flow from one pose to the next.  This invigorating class will help develop your strength and flexibility.

No previous yoga experience needed, classes are beginner friendly and open to all fitness levels.

Our instructor says: “I teach a dynamic & playful vinyasa flow with focus on the breath and bodily sensations. I invite the practitioners to be present and pay attention to their unique experience of yoga. My classes are themed around the chakras and the elements (earth, water, fire and air) and I always explain what we’re working on at the beginning of the class”.

Equipment: You’ll need enough space for a yoga mat, if you have one, around 2m x 2m. You should be able move/swing your arms around when standing, as well as be able to stretch your arms out wide either side of you and overhead when lying down.

If you do not have a yoga mat, that’s ok you just need to find somewhere with a soft surface/a non slip rug.

Joining Instructions: You’ll need to access Zoom via desktop or download the app. You do not need an account or subscription to use Zoom.  Once you’ve purchased your ticket, you’ll be emailed a link to join the class closer to the time.

Instructor: Luciana Triggiano

Please note tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
