Box HIIT is a high intensity class alternating between elements of boxing and exercises at pace with short rests between sets that will get your heart rate going.
Each class consists of 30 mins of exercises to improve core stability, strength, agility and speed to help you feel fitter and stronger.
Classes begin with a warm up and end with a deep stretch session.

The class is beginner friendly and open to all fitness levels but be prepared to have a good workout! Please note this is a women’s only class.

No equipment needed, just a pair of trainers and a water bottle to keep you hydrated!

Location: Mandela Studio, 3rd floor of the Bloomsbury Theatre building, WC1H 0AH

Changing facilities: available on 3rd floor (Bloomsbury Fitness), just show your booking confirmation to reception.

Accessibility Information:

Mandela Studio: Go to the Bloomsbury Theatre building at 15 Gordon Street. The gym is based on the 3rd floor.  Use the lifts located in the foyer or the stairs through the glass doors to the left of the lifts.  If needed, there is step free access to building foyer via a platform lift located next to the main entrance. The Mandela studio is on the upper floor of the gym, opposite the stairs.
